I have a QuickBooks Desktop 2017 Pro version, want to file the new 1099-NEC with the same, please suggest a resolution.

To handle new 1099-NEC forms for QuickBooks Pro 2017 desktop you have to follow the below mentioned steps-

  • You have to select Preferences by going to the Edit menu.
  • Then you have to choose the Tax: 1099 tab that is in the left panel.
  • After that, you have to select Preferences.
  • Ensure that the Do you file 1099-MISC forms radio option is set to Yes. is able to.
