Time saving and effective

We use to import deposit info from 3rd party payment processor as well as some credit card bill info. It was a bit strange to me that they use account names instead of numbers to identify GL accounts. I had to export my list of accounts from QB to see the full names of some sub-accounts and need to reference the list for each import. However, the support people were very helpful in getting us started up and now everything works well.
