Terms of Limitations

Some information will be impossible to convert, there are some of the information that will look different after conversion. However, you may be sure that your financial information will be correct overall. We do not currently convert the following types of data but only the core accounting information.

• Departments/Classes.
• Budgets.
• Stock/Inventory Items.
• Product/Sales Items.
• Sub-account structure of the chart of accounts (Xero has no sub-accounts).
• Fixed Asset Registers.
• Invoice and other Templates.
• Timesheets/Time Records.
• Transactions after the “Convert To” date.
• Deleted or cancelled transactions.
• Nil value invoice line items.
• Notes mentioned in Contacts.
• Terms of Contacts.
• Due Dates(in Kashflow Invoices).
• Contacts Account Codes.
• Attachments to Sales Invoice and Purchase Bills.
• Sales and Purchase Orders.
• Quotes/Estimates/Draft invoices or Bills.
• Memorized Transactions.
• Default nominal codes, payment terms or tax rates.
• Custom VAT rates.
