Yes, you heard it right. QuickBooks has discontinued the Scan Manager feature from the latest version of the software i.e. QuickBooks Desktop 2022. However, users can still make use of the scan manager in the previously supported version of the QuickBooks Software.

Also, the QuickBooks Desktop Scan Manager is now replaced with Attach Documents. Users with the latest version of QuickBooks can use their mobile app for uploading docs using mobile devices. And use them wherever necessary such as on invoices, purchase orders, and more.
