Follow the below-mentioned steps,

  1. The processes for importing bank transactions from Excel into QuickBooks are as follows.
  2. To begin, go to the top left menu of QuickBooks Desktop and click Banking.
  3. Here's where you'll find an update drop-down option. Here you may upload a file.
  4. You'll be given a number of options regarding what kind of files you may post. From the list, select the relevant CSV file.
  5. Select the proper bank account or credit card account in QuickBooks, as the case may be.
  6. Make sure the fields are properly mapped out according to your specifications.
  7. This is a CSV file.
  8. Check the checkboxes next to the transactions you want to import.
  9. Yes, should be selected.
  10. When the import is finished, choose Let's Go to finish the process.

This step will lead you to the downloaded statement window, where you may evaluate the imported transaction. This is where you may review and make modifications. The processes for importing bank transactions from an excel file are outlined above.
