• Open your QuickBooks Desktop application
• Open the report in the QuickBooks
• Now select the Excel drop-down available at top of the report
• To create a new excel worksheet select the option Create New Worksheet
• Now select the option Create a comma-separated values (.csv) file on sending a report to excel window
• To export the report, choose the Export option
• Give a file name to the report >>> select the location where you would like to save the file
• Now locate the file and after that open the CSV file and edit as per your requirements

• Open the QuickBooks Desktop.
• Go to the list menu >>> and select item list.
• Select the option Export all items after selecting the Excel dropdown.
